Earlier this year I was blessed with the opportunity to attend the Greater Philadelphia Christian Writers Conference. I’d heard many good things about it, but you never exactly know what a conference is like until you experience it firsthand. The three days in Philly were a wonderful time of learning, growing, and meeting God that I won’t soon forget.
The director, Marlene Bagnull, emailed us regularly before the conference to share last-minute updates, encouragement, and prayers. She still emails attendees periodically and shared one of her poems with us this week. I loved how it balanced simplicity with the most powerful message of all, and asked if I could share it here.
